Change of Mind? No Problem – You’ve Got 90 Days!

We know choosing the perfect tiles can take time, and sometimes you just change your mind. That’s why we offer a generous 90-day return window for customers who wish to return their order. Here’s how it works:

  • Return the whole order: To make the process as smooth as possible, we ask that you return the entire order, not just individual cartons or items.
  • Keep it perfect: The tiles must be in their original, unopened packaging and in perfect, resalable condition. This ensures we can offer them to another customer.
  • What about opened boxes? We understand you may want to inspect the tiles before committing. That’s why we allow you to open one box of tiles per order to check the product. If you choose to return your order, the opened box will not be refundable, but the rest of the unopened cartons can be returned.

How to Make a Return

Making a return is simple:

  1. Let us know: Contact us within 90 days to arrange your return. You can reach us via email info@tiles360.co.uk, or by using the contact form at the bottom of this page.
  2. Arrange the return: Return costs are your responsibility, but we’re happy to help guide you through the process. Tiles must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Refunds: Once we receive your return and confirm everything is in perfect condition, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind before the tiles arrive? No problem! You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery:

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll refund everything in full.
  • If your order has been dispatched, any delivery and return costs will be deducted from your refund.

Simply contact us via email or our contact form, and we’ll handle the rest!

Damaged or Faulty Goods

Your tiles should arrive in perfect condition, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Goods arrive damaged: make a note of it when signing for your order (sign the delivery drivers documents as “damaged”), or refuse delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours to ensure we can process your claim.
  • Product defects: Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any defects, let us know within 30 days so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

To keep things fair and transparent, here are a few key points to keep in mind:

  • Tiles already laid: Once tiles are laid, they cannot be returned, as they are no longer in a resaleable condition.
  • Return costs: The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, but we recommend using a trusted courier and keeping the items securely packaged.
  • Photos for protection: We suggest taking photos of your tiles before shipping them back, just in case you need to make a claim for damage during transit.
